Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Meavr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meavr provides a SaaS platform that allows users to schedule and publish video content to social media platforms, directly from the Meavr dashboard or, optionally, via a WordPress plugin integration. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Publish content that violates the terms of any connected social platform
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Billing and Payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) by default, or US Dollars (USD) if you're browsing from outside India
  • Automated card payments aren't enabled yet — when you choose a paid plan, our team contacts you at your account email to arrange payment before it activates
  • Once activated, we intend for subscriptions to renew automatically each billing cycle; we'll notify you and update these Terms before that's enabled
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by law
  • Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. You grant Meavr a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing to third-party platforms will be error-free. Third-party platform API changes may affect the Service's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meavr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or missed publishing opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]— see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meavr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
