Sign up on the Meavr website — no credit card required. Every account starts on the Free plan, and your dashboard is ready the moment you register.

Step 2
Connect your social accounts
From Dashboard → Connect Accounts, authorize Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook via secure OAuth. Meavr stores encrypted tokens and refreshes them automatically — you never have to re-authorize.

Step 3
Connect Google Drive (optional, recommended)
Connect your Google account and you can upload videos directly from your computer instead of pasting a public URL. Files are streamed to the platform at publish time and automatically deleted from Drive 48 hours after publishing.

Step 4
Upload & schedule
Add a video by pasting a URL or uploading from Google Drive, choose Reel or Story, pick your platforms, and set a time. Need to schedule many at once? Bulk-import a whole batch from an Excel or CSV sheet.

Step 5
Sit back — Meavr publishes automatically
At the scheduled time, our backend publishes to every platform you selected. If a platform API call fails, it automatically retries up to 3 times, and you can track every publish in the analytics dashboard.

What you'll need for each platform
Each platform has its own account requirements on their side — here's exactly what to have ready before you click Connect.
YouTube
- A Google account
- A YouTube channel already created on that account
- Willingness to grant Meavr permission to upload and manage videos
- An Instagram Business or Creator account — not Personal
- That account linked to a Facebook Page
- Willingness to grant Meavr permission to publish content
- A Facebook Page you manage — not a personal profile
- Admin access on that Page
- Willingness to grant Meavr permission to create content on the Page
Prefer WordPress? Use the plugin instead
Already running a WordPress site? Install the Meavr plugin and activate it with the same account you created above — one license per website. Instead of Google Drive, the plugin uploads directly to your WordPress Media Library (and automatically cleans it up 48 hours after publishing), but scheduling, analytics, and everything else runs through the exact same dashboard.
