Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about connecting accounts, publishing, scheduling, and video credits.

A dashboard that connects your YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook (and optionally Google Drive) once, then lets you upload a video a single time and have it published automatically to every account you've connected — no manual re-uploading per platform.

No. Everything works from this dashboard — connect your social accounts and, optionally, Google Drive, then upload and schedule directly. The WordPress plugin is available if you prefer publishing from wp-admin, but it's entirely optional.

Go to Connect Accounts, click Connect next to YouTube, then sign in with the Google account that owns the channel and approve the requested permissions.

Go to Connect Accounts and click Connect next to Instagram. Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page — if you only have a personal account, switch it to Business/Creator first from the Instagram app under Settings → Account type.

The most common causes are a personal (not Business/Creator) Instagram account, or the account not being linked to a Facebook Page. Fix either in the Instagram/Facebook app, then try Connect again.

Go to Connect Accounts and click Connect next to Facebook. You'll need to manage at least one Facebook Page — personal profiles can't be connected, since Facebook only allows publishing through Pages.

We automatically try to refresh your access token every hour. If a platform still shows Expired, the automatic refresh failed — usually because access was revoked on the platform's side. Go to Connect Accounts, click Disconnect on that account, then Connect again to re-authorize it.

Go to Connect Accounts and click Disconnect next to the account. Any website using that account through the WordPress plugin will lose access to it.

Yes, up to your plan's "accounts per platform" limit — check your current limit on the Plan page, and upgrade from Billing if you need more.

Connect Google Drive from Connect Accounts, then choose "Upload from computer" when scheduling a video. The file uploads directly — no public URL required.

It's automatically deleted from your Drive 48 hours after it publishes. If you paste a URL instead, nothing is deleted since we never stored the file ourselves.

Pasted URLs must be publicly accessible — if the file requires login or isn't reachable, the platform can't fetch it. Check the error message on the video for specifics. If public URLs are a hassle, connect Google Drive and upload directly instead; we handle the hosting for you.

No — a failed publish doesn't retry on its own. Open the video from Video Upload and click Retry once you've fixed the underlying issue (up to 3 attempts total).

A Post supports a caption, description, and tags, and can go to YouTube, Instagram, and/or Facebook. Stories can only go to Instagram or Facebook (no YouTube equivalent), don't support captions/descriptions/tags, and disappear after 24 hours on the platform's side — we just handle getting it published there.

Once you submit a video with a scheduled time, our backend automatically picks it up at that time and publishes it via each platform's API — no need to be online when it goes out.

Yes, as long as it hasn't published yet — open it from Video Upload or Calendar and click Edit to change the caption or schedule time. Once a video publishes, its destinations are live and can no longer be edited.

Yes — a single video can target several connected accounts (e.g. two Instagram accounts and a YouTube channel) at the same time. Pick every account you want when scheduling.

Yes — use Bulk Post or Upload Excel from the Video Upload page to queue up many videos in one go, each with its own accounts, captions, and times.

Each plan includes a number of video credits per month. One credit is used per destination a video is sent to — a video published to 2 Instagram accounts and 1 YouTube channel uses 3 credits. Track your usage on the Usage page.

New videos are rejected until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Deleting a video that hasn't published yet refunds its credit(s) automatically; a video that already failed to publish keeps its credit(s) used even if you delete it.
