Absolutely. Request an upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings — upgrades take effect once we've arranged payment with you, downgrades at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your account automatically moves back to the Free plan. Your videos and connected accounts are kept — you just get Free plan limits until you renew.
Each social account a video is published to uses one credit — a video sent to 2 Instagram accounts and 1 YouTube channel uses 3 credits. Once you're out, new videos are rejected until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
